Overview
A Project Technician II, in conjunction with company support staff, especially the Project Manager, is responsible for shift-level, implementation and execution of turnkey field services for company projects. The Project Technician II operates with a primary focus on safety, environmental stewardship, excellence in customer service, team-level company employee collaboration and project-specific technical, commercial and financial success.

$25.00 per hour (overtime applies to over 40 hours worked per week)

Minimum Qualifications
Ninety (90) Days Experience in Industrial Project Execution
Ninety (90) Days Experience with Industrial Equipment & Systems
Ninety (90) Days Experience with Industrial Services Related to Cleaning and Reliability
Previous, Strong, Project Support Experience in a Dynamic Project Execution Role
Proven Experience Supporting various elements of a Project Execution Lifecycle
Highly Effective in Cross-functional Team Support
Previous Experience Supporting and Delivering on Finely-tuned Project Execution Strategies
Basic Writing and Verbal Communication Skills

Previous Expertise in Working Plant Outages, Turnarounds and New Construction
One (1) Year Experience in Project Support
One (1) Year Experience in the Industrial or Industrial Services Field
One (1) Years Experience with Industrial Equipment & Systems
Six (6) Months Experience with Industrial Services Related to Cleaning and Reliability
Basic Studies in an Engineering-Related Discipline or another Technical Field
Additional Technical Certifications and/or Vocational Training in Mechanical/Industrial
Basic Familiarity with Industrial Systems and Equipment
Desire to Lean About Fluid Dynamics, Lubrication, Tribology & Equipment Reliability
Experience with DOT Rules and Regulations
Experience Operating Commercial Vehicles
Class A CDL

Job Responsibilities
Understand and strictly abide by project process safety strategies to positively impact and improve overall project safety and environmental stewardship.
Follow instructions to collect and submit information and documentation relating to the technical goals and results of a project.
Possess a basic understanding project commercial and technical services information as part of overall project execution.
Serve customers by fielding and referring commercial and technical services questions and identifying information about other additional services and products of potential value to the Project Manager or Account Manager to Present.
Directly contribute to the team effort by accomplishing project goals.
Understand and strictly abide by Project Manager-Approved commercial and financial strategies to positively impact and improve overall project success.
Proactively identify and report current, future, actual and perceived project service problems and/or opportunities for improvement by identifying the need, analyzing and clarifying the situation, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution and then presenting to the project manager for a Project Manager-Approved solution.
Adhere to project requirements and work in conjunction with the Project Team to implement appropriate project execution and service strategies to ensure those requirements are successfully achieved.
Work with the Project Team to understand, communicate, implement and maintain project execution timelines.
Work with the Project Team to abide by project execution and service strategies, especially detailed requirements, processes, procedures.
Work within the Project Team and other relevant company team members to deliver on Safety, Environmental and QA/QC goals to ensure success for the entire organization.
