A lot of the places we go are just dangerous. Things can happen fast. You end up building real relationships with the crew, and that means something. When you can help a customer during a tough moment, it matters. That’s one of the things we love most about this work—when you take care of someone, and they know it, they’re not going to call anyone else.

We’ve seen what happens when there’s no communication. A salesman sells something to the customer but doesn’t tell operations exactly what was promised. So, we show up to the job site, set up based on what we thought was agreed on—and it turns out, that’s not what the customer was expecting at all.

At Front Line, that doesn’t happen. The account manager stays in contact with the customer through the entire project. We hold daily meetings between sales and operations, so everyone is on the same page, every step of the way.
