Proof of Performance in 100-Degree Heat

100 degrees outside. Hot steel, hotter machines. The question is, can we prove what we do actually makes a difference?

We’re out here at a refinery doing a fin-fan cleaning. Proof of performance is one of Frontline’s biggest goals, and over the last few days, we’ve seen it firsthand. Every bank we’ve cleaned has dropped the glycol temperature by about five degrees.

That might not sound like much, but mechanically, it’s huge. Cooler temps mean less wear on generators and bearings. Before this cleaning, they were running at alarm limits on hot days. Now, they’re out of the danger zone. Avoiding trips, reducing stress on the equipment, and extending its life.

And it’s not just the machines that benefit. Operators have less stress too, because they’re no longer stuck riding the alarm line every shift.

Lower temps, longer life, less stress. That’s proof you can see.

Ask us for proof. We’ll show you the numbers.
