Keith Hester currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Services for Frontline Global Services, Inc., a Texas-based company specializing in turnkey industrial services such as System Decontamination, High-Velocity Oil Flushing, High-Velocity Chemical Cleaning, Varnish Mitigation, and Fluid Purification with a customer base throughout the United States and Canada. Since rejoining Frontline in 2022, Keith is responsible for coordinating documentation from Project Managers and field personnel into progress billing summaries while developing and issuing the billing/invoicing packages to the customer upon project completion. Keith maintains accounts payable, accounts receivable, compiles key metric data for technical case study reports, oversees all aspects of project file management, as well as ensuring Master Service Agreements and purchase order guidelines are adhered to as they align with Frontline’s proposals and designated scope of work. In collaboration with other members of the executive team, Keith works closely with Frontline’s external accounting group to validate tax compliance.
Professional Experience
From 2019 to 2022, Keith served as Practice Manager for a collection of medical offices in Lufkin, Texas. As Practice Manager, Keith oversaw staff management, scheduling, business operations, finances, revenue monitoring, policy administration, patient and physician flow, and physician credentialing. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, he diligently collaborated with the providers to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services offered while ensuring the practice was compliant with the rapidly changing testing and treatment guidelines.
In 2012, Keith joined the corporate team at Industrial Action Services, Inc., a Texas-based company known for its leadership and proficiency in turnkey industrial services in both domestic and international markets. He was soon entrusted with managing and streamlining administrative functions related to project billing, logistics, project documentation, and office operations. After IAS was acquired in 2016 by a private equity-backed group of companies, Keith worked directly with the new organization’s CFO and accounting department through 2019.
From 2005 to 2013, Keith served as Partner and Business Manager for Hesters & Sanders Architecture and then for Hester + Hester Architecture. In this role, he led the firm’s business development efforts, including proposal writing, contract and specification coordination, and day-to-day financial management as Comptroller. Keith also developed construction budgets, prepared in-house specifications for contract documents and coordinated with consultants across multiple disciplines to produce project manuals for each project. Projects spanned medical, judicial, commercial, governmental, religious, retail, and residential sectors.
Keith joined the construction company of Moore Building Associates from 2001 to 2005 as Vice President of Project Development. His role included coordinating with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for submitting Tax Credit Applications for new multi-family affordable housing developments and fulfillment of Due Diligence requirements for tax credit and bond allocations from such national financial institutions as SunAmerica, GMAC, Fannie Mae, Collateral Mortgage, and MMA Financial. Construction job functions included estimating, Owner and Consultant contract coordination, specification development and production, finish selection, and issuing subcontracts and purchase orders for projects in excess of $16 Million. Marketing duties involved brochure development and production, graphic design, initiating new market contacts, and proposal/bid submittal.
